1. Introduction Welcome to Destination Apparel. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Destination Apparel’s services, located at 273 Ashley Gorge Rd., Starvation Hill, Oxford, Christchurch.

2. Orders 2.1 All orders placed are subject to acceptance by Destination Apparel. We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.
2.2 Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. We accept payments through our online payment system or bank deposit upon request..
2.3 Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may only be made within 24 hours. After this period, we cannot guarantee modifications due to the custom nature of our products.
3. Custom Designs 3.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring that any designs or logos submitted for printing do not infringe any third party intellectual property rights.
3.2 Destination Apparel reserves the right to reject any design deemed inappropriate, offensive, or infringing on intellectual property rights.
4. Pricing and Payment 4.1 Prices are subject to change without notice. The price of a product is the price in effect at the time we receive your order.
4.2 All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
5. Production and Delivery 5.1 Standard production time is 3-5 working days from order confirmation and receipt of payment.
5.2 Delivery times may vary depending on the location and shipping method chosen. Destination Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by external factors (e.g., courier delays, customs clearance).
5.3 Shipping costs will be added to the order total. These costs are non-refundable once the order is shipped.
5.4 For rural deliveries it can take an extra 1 - 2 days to arrive. Please be aware.
6. Returns and Refunds 6.1 Due to the custom nature of our products, Destination Apparel only accepts returns and refunds for damaged or misrepresented items.
6.2 Any claims for defects or errors must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Please contact our customer service team at 027 226 1511 with details of the issue and a photograph of the defect.
6.3 Approved returns will be processed as a replacement or a full refund, at our discretion, and defective products returned.
7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 Destination Apparel will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
7.2 Our liability in any case is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
