  • Custom designs that are based on your specific requests.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

3. Refunds

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Incorrect Items: If you choose to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
